1 Definitions and Interpretations

The following terms are defined in these terms and conditions and will be used in the same sense throughout the entire document.

• "Platform" or "Site" — refers to the viptakavip website and all its services, games, features and content.
• "User" or "Member" — any person who has created an account on viptakavip or is using the platform.
• "Account" — the user's personal registered profile through which platform services are accessed.
• "Wager" or "Bet" — money placed by the user for the purpose of participating in any game or event.

2 Account Registration and Use

The following conditions apply to creating and managing an account on the viptakavip platform:

2.1 Registration Requirements

Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete and up to date.

• A real name, correct date of birth and an active email address must be provided.
• The mobile number must be a valid Bangladesh number.
• Only one account may be operated from the same device, IP address or payment method.
• If any account information changes, our support team must be notified immediately.

2.2 Password and Security

Keeping your account password secure is entirely your responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact us immediately.

3 Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

viptakavip is for users aged 21 and above only. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating an account or playing on this platform.

• A copy of the National Identity Card (NID) or passport may be requested.
• The account holder and the payment method holder must be the same person.
• Accounts created with false information will be closed immediately and all winnings will be forfeited.
• A copy of a bank statement or utility bill may also be requested if needed to prove identity.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds into viptakavip: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.

• Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in your name.
• Deposits made by or on behalf of a third party are not accepted and will be returned.
• Deposits via cryptocurrency or any unauthorised method will not be accepted.

4.2 Withdrawals

viptakavip generally takes 10 to 45 minutes to process a withdrawal request. However, this time may increase if KYC verification or any other review is required.

• Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals will not be processed if the wagering requirement on bonus funds has not been completed.
• viptakavip reserves the right to verify withdrawals when necessary.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

viptakavip offers promotional offers and bonuses from time to time. The following conditions apply to the use of these bonuses:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳20,000. To withdraw the bonus, the total bonus amount must be wagered 15 times (15x).

5.2 General Rules for Using Bonuses

• Each bonus has a specific validity period — if unused after the period ends, the bonus is cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless the offer states otherwise.
• To withdraw winnings made with bonus funds, the wagering requirement must be met.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is suspected, viptakavip may forfeit the bonus and any winnings.
• Promotional offers apply only to valid users in Bangladesh.

6 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all types of games and betting activities on the platform:

• Specific rules apply to each game or betting category, which are shown in the game interface.
• viptakavip reserves the right to cancel rewards granted due to a technical error.
• Game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and are completely impartial.
• If a game is interrupted mid-way due to loss of internet connection, viptakavip may offer the option to resume it.
• If an event is cancelled in sports betting, the stake for the related bet will be refunded.
• Placing multiple opposing bets on a single match (arb betting) is prohibited.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the viptakavip platform. Violating these rules may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all winnings:

• Money laundering or depositing through illegal funds.
• Using software, bots, scripts or other automated methods to play games.
• Attempting to hack another user's account.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability of the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Creating or operating an account under a false identity.
• Using an account in the name of or on behalf of a minor.
• Collecting bonuses through fraudulent means.
• Impersonating viptakavip staff to deceive other users.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by viptakavip

viptakavip reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• The account remaining inactive for an extended period.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.

8.2 Closure by the User

Any member may close their account on their own initiative. To do so, please contact our support team via live chat. Withdraw any available balance before closing the account.

9 Responsible Gaming

• If a user does not agree with the new terms, they may close their account.
